What you’ll learn in my training course
Each class begins with a theory lesson. We will cover the history of Sugaring, types of Sugar Paste available, Skin science, Hair Growth Cycles, Contraindications and much more. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and take notes in preparation for the practical portion of class. As a long time Sugarist, I am happy to share my wealth of knowledge with you throughout the class.
After we wrap up the theory portion of your training we move straight into hands on technique. You’ll learn the following hands on skills in this certification course.
- How to prep the client’s skin for Sugaring
- Draping
- Hand position for holding skin taut
- How to remove sugar paste from the tub and apply it to the skin
- The different parts of a proper sugaring technique, from application to removal
- Troubleshooting and my best tips and tricks to improve your technique
You’ll get hands on experience Sugaring the following areas:
- Legs
- Underarms
- Lip
- Chin
- Brow
- Basic Bikini
- Extended Bikini
- Brazilian Bikini’s will be demonstrated and every effort will be made to get you ready to perform them on your clients after class. Becoming proficient in Brazilian Sugaring takes time and practice.
My goal is to teach you the fundamental techniques necessary become a successful sugaring professional. Upon completion of your training you’ll walk away with helpful tools that you can immediately apply in the treatment room. I am also available for follow up courses, advanced training and phone support after you begin working on clients.

The Two Day Body Sugaring Certification class is $685 including Sugaring Kit, purchased through Get Sugar Certified. If you wish to discuss onsite training at your location, please contact me by phone for a quote.

How to Register for Training
Trainings are hosted at Spa W, located at 204 W. Bedford-Euless rd Hurst. Texas 76053, Suite 102. Classes are also frequently arranged in Las Colinas, Hill Country/Rocksprings/Kerrville, Cedar Park and Corpus Christi areas. I am often in the treatment room with clients so please leave your contact information so I can promptly return your call.
Reservations: You must reserve a place in the sugaring class at least 3-4 weeks prior to start date. This allows ample time to acquire all models needed with adequate hair growth. This assures that you will receive the very best hands on training. You will be contacted for the $100 deposit and your license number.
Cancellations & Refund Policy: A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when reserving a spot for a Sugaring Certification Class. The remaining balance is due the day of your Certification Class. You may cancel your reservation, but your deposit is non-refundable. You may apply your deposit to future class date in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule.
